Ningbo Volumetric super dry high sensitivity water meter indutrial
NWM PD-SDC B6 is Piston Displacement (Volumetric) water meter with magnetic transmission, dry type register at sizes Dn15 designed and manufacture by NWM and meets to the requirements of Directive 2004/22/EC on measuring instruments; the European Standard EN14154+A1+A2: Water Meter; the International Organization of Legal Metrology OIML R-49: 2006(E) or ISO4064 Standard.
CHARACTERISTICS:
1. All the components are produced with high resistance and quality materials, technical plastics and stainless steel parts;
2. Cold water meter under current standard for lower than 30℃(T30), but NWM PD-SDC (B6) Composite Vision can be used safely in water temperature up to 50℃(T50);
3. The ROTARY indicator register for the most comfortable reading position is of 7 Rollers and 2 Pointers;
4. Suitable for any position installation;
5. The Piston is the main moving parts in contact with water permitting the most reliable;
6. The extra inlet filter at the inlet of the meter body permits cleaning it without breaking the metrological seal;
7. Direct supply dry digital counter for easy reading in Cubic Meters.
8. The conception of the Magnetic Protection to against the external influences;
9. The dry compartment register shall be possible to turn on 360°
10. AMR pre-equipped at 10 liters/pulse;
11. Non Return Valve to avoid the reserve flow Rate AS OPTION;

MAX PERMISSION ERROR:
From Q1 inclusive up to but excluding Q2 is ± 5%;
From Q2 inclusive up to and including Q4 is ± 2% for T30 and ± 3% for T50.
OPTION FOR AMR SYSTEM:
NWM HRI modules have been designed to fulfill requirements of all water management utilities willing to remote read their water meters. PD-SDC B6 series are pre-equipped considering actual or future evolutions towards remote reading technologies. The HRI module completely compatible with all NWM water meters equipped with the non-magnetic sensors.
1. It can be easily retrofitted and installed on meters already on the field.
2. Magnetic tampering is impossible since the non-magnetic target is not influenced by an external magnet
3. HRI module is not sensible to pipe vibrations. Parasitic pulses do not disturb metering. Remote position: 1 pulse per revolution.
